Mindfulness for Queer & Trans Folks

Looking to build your mindfulness skills with other queer and trans folks?

A 6-week closed group focusing on mindfulness meditation. Personal growth and interpersonal connection facilitated by Andi Yumansky MPS. RP (Qualifying). Andi is queer and trans identified and understand the complexity surrounding non-normative gender and sexual identities, as well as the importance of cultivating queer and trans spaces in which the diversity of experiences can be shared and celebrated.

$180 for 6 weeks. Participation in all sessions required. Space limited.
